The Shiek 4.0 LED by Wever & Ducré is the monumental version of the minimalist Shiek series – an even longer, cylindrical pendant light that impresses with its striking format, elegant design language and high-quality workmanship. Perfect for spacious dining tables, representative rooms or impressive group installations.
Lighting mood with dim-to-warm function
Thanks to integrated dim-to-warm technology, dimming changes not only the brightness but also the light colour – from clear warm white to an especially warm, cosy light, similar to candlelight.
Monumental, minimalist design
The even longer, slim shape of the Shiek 4.0 emphasises modern architectural interiors and looks especially elegant – whether staged individually or installed in a row.
Canopy available separately
The matching canopy is not included and can be ordered separately depending on the desired configuration. This allows the luminaire to be used flexibly as a single pendant or in a group system.

What is the difference between LED, PAR16, QT14 and MR16?
The designations indicate which lighting technology is used in the luminaire – and whether a separate power supply is required:
- LED → High-quality, permanently installed LED module with excellent light quality.
Recessed lights for walls and ceilings usually require a separate power supply – this can be found under “Recommended Accessories” on the product page.

PAR16 → For replaceable GU10 lamps that are connected directly to 230 V.
No separate power supply required.
- QT14 → For G9 lamps , also directly connected to 230 V.
No external power supply required.
- MR16 → For 12 V lamps that require a separate power supply .

This makes it easy to see whether a light is ready for use or whether accessories are still required.
What does "Dim to Warm" or 2000-3000 Kelvin mean?
When dimmed, luminaires with “Dim to Warm” technology not only change the brightness but also the color temperature – from warm white (3000 K) to a particularly cozy warm tone (2000 K).
This creates a homely atmosphere, as one would expect from classic
Incandescent lamps – ideal for residential, catering or hotel areas.
