5-year Paulmann warranty – reliable & fair
Even with the best quality, issues can occasionally occur. To make sure you are covered, the German manufacturer Paulmann provides a 5-year warranty on its products in addition to statutory warranty rights.
The warranty covers proper functionality under correct installation and normal use (max. 4,500 operating hours per year). Excluded are rechargeable batteries, batteries and replaceable light sources.
If a problem should occur, simply contact us – we will handle the process directly with Paulmann for you.

Frequently asked questions about the Paulmann URail system
Do you also offer shortened URail rails?
Yes, of course 😊 For the 2 m , 1.5 m and 1 m variants we can supply the rails in your desired size .
You can easily select the desired length directly on the product page . Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to shortened rails, as they are individually adjusted.
What do I need to get started with the Paulmann URail system?
For a functioning URail system you need:
1️⃣ A power supply
2️⃣ Rails in your desired length
3️⃣ Connectors (if you combine multiple rails)
4️⃣ Lights of your choice
💡 Difference between end and middle feed:
- An end feed supplies the system with power from one end of the rail .
- A center feed is placed between two rails – ideal if you want to install lights in both directions.
Can I expand my existing URail system?
Yes, very simple 👍
URail is modular . You can add additional tracks, connectors, or lights at any time. Just make sure the total power doesn't exceed 1000 watts .
Is the URail system dimmable?
Yes, many URail lights are dimmable , provided they are operated with a suitable dimmer and dimmable bulbs .

Does URail require a transformer or power supply?
No 😊 The Paulmann URail system works with 230 V mains voltage and can be connected directly to the power supply .
An additional transformer is not required , making installation particularly simple and flexible.
Can I integrate lights from other brands or pendant lights into the URail system?
Yes, that is possible 🙌 With a suitable URail pendant adapter you can integrate many pendant lights from other manufacturers into your system.
Please note:
- Only pendant lights with a 230 V connection are compatible – no 12 V lights with a transformer .
- ⚠️ Other 1-circuit lighting systems (e.g. from SLV, Nordlux or other manufacturers) are not compatible with URail because they have different contacts and fastenings .

Versand , sowie Kontaktaufnahme waren top. Ventilator sieht super aus und ist aus massivem Material. Zur Funktion kann ich leider noch nichts genaues sagen da er noch nicht installiert wurde
Benötigte besondere Leuchtmittel von Paulmann. Habe diese hier zu einem vernünftigen Preis bekommen und der Versand ging sehr flott
