The warranty covers proper functionality under correct installation and normal use (max. 4,500 operating hours per year). Excluded are rechargeable batteries, batteries and replaceable light sources.
If a problem should occur, simply contact us – we will handle the process directly with Paulmann for you.

Als wir Lampen kauften, hat uns Lightnox außerordentlich darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass wir auch Einbaukästen für die Lampen brauchen. Das war ein sehr guter Service, da wir das nicht selbst untersucht hatten. Vielen Dank, das hat uns Zeit und Mühe erspart.
Versand , sowie Kontaktaufnahme waren top. Ventilator sieht super aus und ist aus massivem Material. Zur Funktion kann ich leider noch nichts genaues sagen da er noch nicht installiert wurde
Benötigte besondere Leuchtmittel von Paulmann. Habe diese hier zu einem vernünftigen Preis bekommen und der Versand ging sehr flott
