Even with the best quality, issues can occasionally occur. To make sure you are covered, the German manufacturer Paulmann provides a 5-year warranty on its products in addition to statutory warranty rights.
The warranty covers proper functionality under correct installation and normal use (max. 4,500 operating hours per year). Excluded are rechargeable batteries, batteries and replaceable light sources.
If a problem should occur, simply contact us – we will handle the process directly with Paulmann for you.

Wir haben einen Deckenventilator bestellt, welcher sehr schnell und gut verpackt geliefert wurde. Leider waren an zwei Rotorenblättern (da Natur Produkt Palmenblatt) leichte Fehler. Ich habe mich per Mail an den kuh gewandt und innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine zur Antwort erhalten. Bereits am nächsten Tag hatte ich eine Nachlieferung zum Austausch. So schnell, Lösungsorientiert und freundlich wurde mir noch nie geholfen. Ich bewerte sonst selten, aber dieses Unternehmen hat eine positive Bewertung verdient.

Tolle Wandlampe, schafft durch die Winkeleinstellungen unterschiedliche, Individuelle Lichtstrahlprojektionen an den Wänden. Wir sind mit der Lampe sowie den Lieferbedingungen sehr zufrieden.
