PLANO by Wever & Ducré: clean shapes for a coordinated ceiling
PLANO lights by Wever & Ducré combine angular housings with a calm, architectural presence. Square single spotlights and elongated multi-light models follow the lines of the room. The result is lighting that complements furniture and materials and fits naturally into the interior design.
At lightnox, PLANO is available as recessed spotlights and surface-mounted ceiling lights, with replaceable lamps or integrated LEDs. The compact PLANO petit adds discreet, adjustable spotlights to the family. When choosing, consider the mounting method, the lighting effect you want and how easily you would like to change the lamp later.
PLANO recessed spotlights: discreetly integrated into the ceiling
PLANO recessed spotlights suit ceilings with a suitable cut-out and enough installation space. The geometric frame creates a clear pattern, while the recessed light outlet makes the source less visually prominent. Individual spotlights can be arranged freely; twin spotlights bring two points of light together in one form.
PLANO 1.0 and 2.0 PAR16
PLANO 1.0 PAR16 provides one point of light, and PLANO 2.0 PAR16 provides two. Both versions take replaceable GU10 lamps. Choosing a suitable lamp lets you influence the lighting effect and dimmability. Lamps are added separately.
PLANO 1.0 and 2.0 LED
PLANO 1.0 LED and PLANO 2.0 LED combine clean shapes with integrated LED modules. Choose a single or twin version to suit your ceiling layout. A compatible external driver is required; take your preferred dimming method into account when selecting it.
PLANO surface-mounted lights: architectural accents below the ceiling
If you prefer not to make a ceiling cut-out for the luminaire body, PLANO surface-mounted ceiling lights are a suitable alternative. Their angular bodies remain visible and give the ceiling structure. Adjustable spotlights let you direct the light towards the desired surfaces within their range of movement.
PLANO 1.0 and 2.0 with integrated LEDs
The PLANO 1.0 surface-mounted ceiling light creates a focused point of light. The PLANO 2.0 surface-mounted ceiling light combines two adjustable spotlights. Both models are dimmable and suit rooms where light serves both practical and atmospheric purposes.
PLANO SURFACE 1.0 and 2.0 PAR16
PLANO SURFACE 1.0 PAR16 and PLANO SURFACE 2.0 PAR16 combine surface mounting with replaceable GU10 lamps of your choice. Their adjustable spotlights are practical if you want to choose the luminaire housing and lamp separately.

PLANO petit: compact spotlights with flexible light direction
PLANO petit is an appealing choice when you want the luminaire to remain particularly discreet. Its adjustable heads rotate and tilt, allowing you to adapt the light direction to your interior within the specified range of movement.
PLANO in the bathroom: choose the right version
The PLANO family's clean geometry also suits understated bathrooms. Dedicated versions are available: PLANO IP44 1.0 PAR16 with a replaceable GU10 lamp and PLANO IP44 1.0 MR16 with a replaceable GU5.3 lamp. MR16 also requires a suitable power supply. Corresponding variants of PLANO 1.0 LED can also be selected in the shop.
Suitability depends on the specific version and the intended mounting position. A bathroom photo does not mean every PLANO light can be installed anywhere in a bathroom. Have a qualified electrician check your choice for the planned installation position.

Which PLANO suits your home?
For a discreet ceiling appearance, recessed spotlights are a good choice if the building conditions allow. For visible geometric accents, consider surface-mounted lights. PLANO petit is particularly appealing if you want a compact form with adjustable heads.
Single spotlights give you freedom to position light around the room. Multi-light models group several points of light together and can help create an orderly ceiling layout. First consider which surfaces need light. The number of spotlights alone does not tell you whether the desired room brightness will be achieved.
PAR16 suits you if you want to select the lamp separately and replace it easily. With integrated LEDs, you choose the lighting specification when you select the luminaire. For dimmable light, the luminaire or lamp, power supply and controls must be compatible.
Suitable accessories for PLANO
You will find the required lamps, drivers and other accessories on each product page. For multi-light LED recessed luminaires, the number and specification of the drivers must also match the particular version.
Frequently asked questions about the PLANO family
What is the difference between PLANO and PLANO petit?
PLANO petit is the more compact range with integrated LED modules and adjustable heads. It is available in recessed and surface-mounted versions. The broader PLANO family also includes larger models and versions for replaceable lamps.
What is the difference between PAR16 and LED?
The PAR16 models offered here use a separately available GU10 lamp that can be replaced later. Models labelled LED have integrated LED modules. You choose their lighting specification when purchasing the luminaire.
Are PLANO lights dimmable?
This depends on the version and the combination of components. PAR16 models require a suitable dimmable lamp and a compatible dimmer. With LED recessed lights, the external driver also determines the dimming options. Check the information for the selected product.
Do I need a separate driver?
LED recessed spotlights require compatible external drivers. PAR16 models do not require an additional external LED driver for the lamp. MR16 versions need a suitable power supply. Check the accessories and included components for each luminaire.
Is every PLANO light suitable for the bathroom?
No. Choose a version expressly suited to the intended use and consider the exact mounting position. The specifically designated bathroom versions are not equivalent to all other models in the family.
Angular design with plenty of possibilities
PLANO is a fitting choice for anyone who values clean shapes, a coordinated ceiling layout and carefully placed light.
